Challenge
Habitat for Humanity El Salvador needed to modernize digital processes that support its housing initiatives: make loan information easier to reach, simplify financing inquiries, reduce errors in initial applications and present its housing options more clearly online.
Approach
We delivered three connected solutions with Habitat for Humanity El Salvador, following Agile Scrum: requirements documentation, sprint planning, iterative development, quality assurance and user training.
Solution
A credit inquiry system that makes loan records easier to trace and retrieve, an interactive housing loan calculator for prospective applicants, and a website that presents the available housing models.

Capabilities

Within the first six months, average loan record retrieval time fell by 60%, as reported by the client.
During the first quarter after launch, errors in initial applications fell by 80%, as reported by the client.
Within the first four months, qualified housing inquiries through digital channels rose by 25%, as reported by the client.
The engagement received a 5.0 out of 5 verified rating on Clutch, with favorable comments on technical expertise, requirements documentation, quality assurance, communication and project execution.
